Burundi: President Ndayishimiye Evariste is concerned with honouring the memory of the dead of the Hutus alone; the Tutsis does not concern him.
We will never stop saying it and demonstrating it, the cnddfdd power seeks only to complete the genocide of the Tutsis in Burundi. From the late Nkurunziza to Evariste Ndayishimiye, their concern is to find any pretext that could comfort them in carrying out genocide against the Tutsis. In fact, the cnddfdd system has already ended the genocide of the Tutsi politically, economically and socially. All he has left is the physical extermination.
We always wish to recall that the ideology of genocide has been in the minds of extremist Hutu for a long time. They have always tried to carry it out, in collaboration with the Hutus in Rwanda. For the case of Burundi, we have shown that the great pretext that the Hutus often use (the killings of 1972) was a real genocide that had been planned and carried out by the Hutus in high positions in Micombero’s government and that after the coup (unsuccessful as they expected), the Hutus were executed in large numbers without any trial by Micombero’s power. Tutsis were also killed in the settling of scores. In 1993, it was the same Hutu extremists who planned the genocide of the Tutsi during the election campaign. They thought that the power of Pierre Buyoya was going to rob them of victory. A great pretext was the assassination of Melchior Ndadaye, who had been elected President of the Republic. Large-scale genocide has been committed in Burundi. The survivors are still languishing in displacer’s sites. Driven by the same ideology, the rebellion that followed only killed innocent Tutsis.
July 21, 2020 was a day dedicated to the memory of 648 Tutsis, displaced from Bugendana, in Gitega province, survivors of the 1993 Tutsi genocide who were killed by the killers of the cnddfdd. It was the night of July 20-21, 1996. This movement, then commanded by Jean Bosco Ndayikengurukiye, did not even hesitate to claim this despicable act on foreign radio stations. They even killed, in the days that followed, Bishop Ruhuna Joachin who had celebrated Mass in memory of these Tutsis killed. Other IDP sites were targeted; Tutsis were regularly killed on the routes or in their households. Wemen and children without defence were particularly targeted.
Coincidentally, a year before the massacre of displaced Tutsi in Bugendana, exactly on the night of July 20 to 21, 1995, the same criminals from the cnddfdd attacked the Kiriri campus and killed 6 Tutsi students and a cook. The Burundian soldiers pursued them into rural Bujumbura and killed a number hitherto unknown among them.
What is regrettable today is that President Ndayishimiye and his military clique keep talking about the unity of the Burundians when these criminals keep sowing the division between Hutus and Tutsis in Burundi. How? By commemorating each time with all the means of the State the dates of the killings which targeted only the Hutus and ignoring the killings or even genocides committed on the Tutsis by the same extremist Hutus, it is once again to show that power works only for the Hutus, whom the Tutsis have no value. These are people to be eliminated.
Not only the cnddfdd power has never participated in the ceremonies in memory of the killed Tutsis (it supposes that no Tutsi was killed, or that the killed Tutsis have no value), but also it seeks, by all the means, to make disappear the traces of this killings and genocide because he knows very well that he is the only one responsible.
In the attack on the Kiriri campus, the students recognized the faces of certain rebels, former students of the Mutanga campus who had suffered killings of Hutus by Tutsi students on June 11, 1995. Some Hutu students of the Mutanga campus had, just after these killings, joined the rebellion in rural Bujumbura and Kamenge. The number of students killed has been swelled by Ndayicariye, who chairs the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. According to witnesses, Ndayicariye counted the students killed in the fighting with the military after joining the rebellion among the Hutu students killed by the Tutsis at the Mutanga campus. A very dishonest attitude which implicitly aims only to point the finger at the Tutsis as the culprits. And he says he is the president of a commission in charge of knowing the truth about what happened and reconciling the Burundians!!! You don’t have to look from noon to 2 p.m., Ndayicariye drives for the cnddfdd.
In its work to search for the bodies of Burundians (whom he describes as Hutus) thrown into mass graves, his team even unearths Tutsis killed during the 1993 genocide just to remove the evidence of this genocide. This is to the advantage of the cnddfdd clique in power today. And it is in this logic that this power plans to build an international airport in Bugendana. Which is not only cynical, but rather criminal.
Today, Evariste Ndayishimiye and his clique are active in bringing back to their hills these various survivors of the 1993 genocide who are still in IDP sites because their houses have been destroyed, their camps taken over by their Hutu neighbours who have killed members of their families who are still there. It’s not out of love at all. Two intentions animate this clique: To show firstly to the international community that there is total peace in the country; secondly, to exterminate them at the same time at the time of a mass genocide or else to eliminate them one by one in total silence as they are doing today across the country. It is with this same logic that they call on all refugees to return.
We told you in our previous editions that there is a new form of killing consisting of raping and then beheading girls and women, which originated with the FDRL Interahamwe who committed the 1994 Tutsi genocide in Rwanda. The practice continues. On July 21, 2020, another body of a girl named Bukuru, 20, was discovered in a bush on Gasebeyi hill in Ngozi commune and province. Again, the girl was first raped before having her throat cut by hitherto unidentified people.
We said that it is a practice of the interahamwe. Not only that they had the time to teach this dirty profession to the imbonerakure, the cnddfdd militia, they are still present in our country; some are within the defence and security corps, others occupy positions erected in the Kibira forest with the objective of either disrupting the security of neighbouring Rwanda, or supporting Evariste Ndayishimiye and his clique in their plan to complete the genocide of the Tutsi of Burundi to return afterwards to Rwanda to do the same. This is the plan that is in their little heads.
According to the testimonies of the population of Mabayi in Cibitoke province, a member of the FDRL was wounded, another captured during an exchange of fire between the soldiers of the national defence force of Burundi and a group of the FDRL out of the Kibira to recruit young Burundians from the population. The captured man was recognized by the population of Mabayi because he had settled in the capital of this commune as a repairman of radio stations. Witnesses say this shooting was caused by the simple fact that the two groups did not recognize each other. Which just means that if they had identified themselves, there would have been no incident. In other words, they cohabit peacefully. The information at our disposal confirms that these interahamwe also receive logistical support from the authorities of Evariste Ndayishimiye. Remember that during the attack of June 27, 2020 on the southern part of Rwanda, on the cans seized from these criminals was written ‘National Defence Forces of Burundi; made in china ’And nobody ignores that China and Russia have always supported, on all fronts, the bloodthirsty power of the cnddfdd in exchange for the exploitation of the minerals that abound in the Burundian subsoil.
URN HITAMWONEZA protests once again against this double talk of the military clique of Gitega which speaks of a “parent government” (leta mvyeyi) at a time when it is sowing divisions between Hutus and Tutsi in Burundi. We take the opportunity to warn the naive Tutsis who risk believing in what Evariste Ndayishimiye says, that his objective is nothing else than to eliminate them, either one by one after having dispersed them, or in a mass genocide that he and his clique are preparing. As for Ndayicariye Pierre Claver, who plays the game of the criminals by helping them to remove the evidence of the genocide of the Tutsis that they committed, let him know that the day this clique is no longer in power, he will have to answer for these acts in front of independent courts. The United Nations, the European Union, and particularly France and Belgium, should take all preventive measures for this genocide in preparation in Burundi, instead of thinking of launching cooperation with the new government. Otherwise, they must prepare to take responsibility for what will happen in Burundi tomorrow.
