Burundi: A renowned criminal appointed Secretary General of the presidential party cnddfdd
Nothing is surprising in the Eagle Party. One genocidaire succeeds another. Révérien Ndikuriyo has just succeeded Evariste Ndayishimiye at the head of the cnddfdd party as secretary general of this presidential party. Having undergone his basic military training alongside the Interahamwe by the French in Rwanda under Juvénal Havyarimana, President Evariste Ndayishimiye cumulated from June 18, 2020 until January 23, 2021 the functions of President of the Republic and Secretary General of the cnddfdd. At the same time, he was and remains primarily responsible for the criminal acts committed overnight by the imbonerakure militia of the cnddfdd, of which he never misses any opportunity to praise the merits of each speech. We will come back to that.
Like Evariste Ndayishimiye, Reverien Ndikuriyo is known as a man who does not control his words, who does not hesitate to utter extremist, divinized words / speeches, why not incitement to assassinations and genocide. He is the source of the term “kora” = which means to kill. At the time, he called on the imbonerakure to kill the opponents so that they later reclaim their plots. He is also among the first to respond, tomorrow or the day after, for the crimes that this militia has already committed and continues to commit in Burundi.
The former president of the senate is also the first Burundian to put a price on the head of his compatriot. He promised 5 million Burundian francs to whoever would row him the head of Pascal Ninganza alias Kaburimbo or Goudron. He will be coldly executed at his home in Matana with two other civilians (Désiré Ciza and Riyazimana) in April 2020 by a gang of police officers sent by Commissioner Thaddée Birutegusa (Tutsi, ex fab) and guided by the local imbonerakure. Let the two also prepare to answer before competent jurisdictions for this crime and others which have been committed by men under their responsibility when the time comes for change.
The extraordinary congress of the cnddfdd on January 24 was preceded by a prayer crusade that began on January 21, 2021 in the political capital Gitega. In his speech on January 22, 2021, President Ndayishimiye did not hesitate to praise the merits of the imbonerakure militia, and dared to declare that they are the basis of “ unity, peace and development in the country”. Ridicule does not kill, they say. What unit is he talking about? The components of Burundian society have been divided between Hutus and Tutsi by the power of the Eagle Party since it took office and especially since 2015; political parties were divided into wings; the Hutus among themselves have been divided, those who are not members of the cnddfdd are people to be killed; the members of the defence and security corps look at each other like faience dogs, there are trusted people, extras and enemies of peace; etc…. Could we say that at least there is unity among the members of the cnddfdd to imagine that it is this unity that he was talking about? Here too, our information within this house (cnddfdd) tells us that they are divided into three groups: a group which is with President Ndayishimiye and the Chief of the General Staff; a group which is with Prime Minister Allain Guillaume Bunyoni and Gervais Ndirakobuca alias Ndakugarika and a third group which is the unhappiest, which was with former President Pierre Nkurunziza. When he manages to bring the three groups together, this is where he speaks of unity, of peace in Burundi. But unity, peace and development for all Burundians will remain a dream as long as Burundi is under the control of this military clique.
When Evariste Ndayishimiye compares all those who oppose the despicable acts of imbonerakure to demons, he doesn’t know what he is talking about. He says rubbish as he usually does and as his maquis name suggests (kirogorogo = who talks a lot and says rubbish). He is the only one or with his military clique who have taken hostage all the Burundian people to extol the merits of a genocidal militia which has and continues to mourn Burundi. It is then clear that all the crimes committed by this militia are ordered at the highest level by the President of the Republic himself.
URN HITAMWONEZA reminds all Burundians what he never stops telling them that the ruling military clique bears the primary responsibility for all crimes against humanity and crimes of genocide as well as economic crimes committed in Burundi. Responding for their actions requires a prerequisite: driving them out of power. It is then time, if we want to live together as brothers and in a developed country, to stand up as one man, to block their way because it is clear that all the criminals take turns in the juicy positions at the head of the country; a way to stay there and keep the people hostage.
