Burundi: Happy New Year anyway (Part Three)

We have already shown in our previous editions concerning the year 2020 security record that despite a worrying lull reigned in Burundian territory, the killings have never stopped; corpses were regularly found across the country (average of two corpses per day), 368 people were killed (more than one person per day), 182 people were tortured (average of one person on two days), 59 people missing, 821 arbitrarily imprisoned, 33 women and girls raped
Today we will focus on those responsible for these atrocities and the perpetrators. It’s not to be found from noon to 2 pm, the first person in charge yesterday was Pierre Nkurunziza, today he is his successor Evariste Ndayishimiye. He shares this responsibility with the military clique in power. The great executioners are the members of the imbonerakure militia, the agents of the intelligence service, certain soldiers and zealous police officers of the presidential guard and of the units.
This imbonerakure militia, although it has a national representative, it is coordinated at the highest level by General President Evariste Ndayishimiye; he remains at the same time secretary general of the cnddfdd. He is trying to commute earth and sky to find ways and means to provide them with the means they need to work in good conditions (establishment of the youth bank, creation of projects that can provide them with money, hunt Tutsis in certain parastatal companies to find them work, etc.).
When Evariste Ndayishimiye talks about young people, let people automatically understand imbonerakure. He always talks about the unity of the Burundians, but he is a great extremist who dreams of eliminating, by all means, the Tutsis and the opposition members of the CNL. To be honest, he is the coordinator of all the criminals who keep mourning the country. He is the Burundian Herod (Herod asked the Magi who were going to see Jesus Christ in Bethlehem to go and locate him with precision and come back to tell him so that he too can bow down before him: his objective was rather to have Jesus killed); an attitude of great criminals who behave like lamb in front of men when they are real ferocious wolves. Evariste Ndayishimiye is also from the training of the interahamwe, it would be surprising if he was a man of peace; what is unfortunate is people are very mistaken about his personality (read Corinthians 15:33: Do not be deceived, bad company corrupting good morals). But let him know that misfortune pursues sinners, but that happiness rewards the righteous (Prov 13:21)
On the shoulders of this man rest all the crimes committed in Burundi because even some elements of his guard are regularly used to arrest, torture and kill Tutsis and political opponents. People saw them in uniform in Nyakabiga, Jabe and Ngagara neighborhoods on December 11 and 12, 2015 killing innocent people accusing them of participating in the attack on some military camps.
The national intelligence service, which is most active in kidnapping people whose corpses end up in rivers and on roads, is under the control of the same President of the Republic. He knows everything that is done within this department because it is to him directly that he reports daily.
The imbonerakure militia was radicalized (after its formation in DR Congo and Burundi) by the cnddfdd military clique because it is the only 100% cnddfdd organization that can carry out all the orders devised in the party’s evil laboratory. Current President Evariste Ndayishimiye praised their work, which he described as valuable when he was only secretary general of cnddfdd; Today, he even forgets that he is President of the Republic and behaves as chief of the imbonerakure militia. He uses state resources to maintain them. They are not there to secure the country because the defence and security forces are paid for this work. This militia, supported by the interahamwe, are special forces of Evariste Ndayishimiye and the military clique set aside to complete the genocide of the Tutsi and the Hutus of the opposition.
URN HITAMWONEZA once again alerts the European Union and the United Nations Security Council to the risk these organizations run in supporting the power of Evariste Ndayishimiye. Giving him the resources that he assigns within this militia in the form of support projects for the population or for young people means supporting the military clique to prepare for the final phase of the genocide.
