Burundi: Ndayishimiye Evariste power is radicalized in ethnic divisions with its CVR as an instrument for the propagation of ethnic hatred.
That President Evariste Ndayishimiye leaves aside the hypocrisy, ceases to present its external face to the Burundians and to the international community, with his tantalizing speeches, while he coordinates in total distraction (but it will eventually come out), teams of Hutu extremists who plan by all means, the radicalization of the Hutus against the Tutsis in order to prepare them to exterminate them.
The physical preparations have been completed as the late President Nkurunziza said (ikivi ndakigejeje ahashimishije, uwuzonsubirira mu myaka itarenga itatu azoba agitoje = let’s try to translate: the work is almost at its end, in 3 years, my successor will have finished it). It is not the development of the country he was referring to, far from it. Those who can read between the lines understood that it was about the project to exterminate the Tutsi. And this went through physical elimination when the slightest opportunity presented itself, the pauperization of the Tutsis to bring them back to the state of beggars (to make their projects fail, not to give them jobs, etc.), their humiliation and keeping them in endless panic fear. At this point, they’ve won the game. Most of the work has actually been done. Evariste Ndayishimiye is preparing the final phase of the project.
As soon as he came to power, Evariste Ndayishimiye stopped singing about the bravery of his imbonerakure militia (as he did when he was still secretary general of the cnddfdd), he even pretended to punish those among them who committed crimes difficult to hide. But, he activated two great instruments for the propagation of ethnic hatred; two organs to awaken the conscience of the Hutus to forever hate the Tutsis presented as the great enemies of the Hutus since remote times; he has chosen two great zealots who meet his expectations. They are Kenny Claude Nduwimana and Pierre Claver Ndayicariye. This president of the famous Truth and Reconciliation Commission; CVR (by name) and the extremist journalist (whom Nestor Bankumukunzi of the CNC does not recognize), are well coordinated at the highest state level. It is President Evariste Ndayishimiye himself who can give them orders. And they have become very powerful men in the regime. Imagine a Kenny Claude Nduwimana who allows himself to threaten to dismiss ministers, directors general (I invite you to listen to his audio which he releases himself and which he does not hesitate to broadcast everywhere). He has become a superman of the state of Burundi.
After the publication of numerous messages of incitement to ethnic hatred, messages containing insults from an uneducated man towards Tutsis who are accused of all evils (and no one in Burundi says a word about it), today , they are at a new stage in the field of communication: the use of songs in propaganda to incite the Hutus to take revenge against the Tutsis. A song in the national language (Kirundi) called “Ntituzobibagira = we will not forget you” is circulating in all groups on social media. Everything suggests that the song is the work of the truth reconciliation commission ( CVR) headed by Pierre Claver Ndayicariye. It was published at the same time as a speech by Ndayicariye made in Makamba province, in Kayogoro commune, during his research work, not for the truth, but in reality as instruments of ethnic propaganda. We hear him in his speech when he says that his commission has work in this southern region, but at the same time gives some results of investigations not yet carried out in his way of expressing himself with questions that he asks himself, obviously already having answers. His manner of speaking eloquently, with a lot of emotion, shows very well that he has a target audience that he wants to awaken; the Hutus.
The famous song recalls that Hutus were killed in 1965, 1969, 1972, 1988, 1993, because they are Hutus, looking at the shape of their noses; that officials, traders, intellectuals, innocent Hutu students have been cut to pieces; their houses, shops, vehicles and diplomas recovered by the Tutsis who called them criminals. They add in the song that a 12-year-old child was leading a dozen Hutu men to the slaughterhouse. They ask the government of Evariste Ndayishimiye to build memorials for them (they do not mention anywhere that a Tutsi would be killed in the history of Burundi).
This is therefore another step in the incitement to ethnic hatred that the Hutu extremists that Evariste Ndayishimiye coordinates have just taken. It is also a big step towards finalizing the preparations for the genocide of the Tutsi.
Once again, URN HITAMWONEZA goes to the trouble of screaming, even if the current leaders have their ears plugged. We say to Evariste Ndayishimiye and Pierre Claver Ndayicariye,… stop this hypocrisy… Stop this behaviour of the Pharisees. We invite you to read Mathieu23: 27,28.
We have always told everyone who wants to hear from us that what has happened in the history of our country is unfortunate, we all regret it. We also regret that Hutu extremists now want to use it to once again stir up ethnic hatred and put us back into the same scenes of violence. We have always requested an international commission of inquiry to help us shed light on all the bloody events in the history of our country establish responsibilities, punish the culprits, (whoever he is, dead or alive), then give peace to people with clean hands so that they can live together in peace. All of you, politicians who do not want to hear this message and who continue to exploit these events for your political or private interests, while once again inciting the Burundians to kill each other, you are exposing yourselves to divine wrath. The message is particularly addressed to Evariste Ndayishimiye and his clique. God of love hears your prayers and sees what is hidden in your hearts, he observes your actions. You will get what you deserve without delay (read Galatians 6: 8-10).
